Once was a princess ...

Going through my old photos today and came across this image of my daughter that I took when she was 4 years old. She would rarely leave the house without either a tiara, plastic high heels, a fluttering gown or a few hand bags.

She is now 14 and has a 'soft mohawk' haircut, currently bleached and waiting to be dyed bright red. She rarely leaves the house without her iPhone, black clothes, headphones and attitude.

..... as surely as the princess attire was abandoned, we are just patiently waiting for the next phase.
