Too many books

Yes, you really can have too many. 43 medium size boxes of books is too many.
That's not counting the ones that went to the charity shop, never mind the 3000-odd already in the other house. Have resolved never to buy another book (after I ordered one from Persephone this morning but that doesn't count because they're so pretty they're nearly ornaments).
