You know you're in Lincoln when...

...you can see the Cathedral! I took this from the train window coming back into Lincoln after visiting my parents.

So far since the carer has been on holiday I have not had to do much extra work. This is because, despite frequent telling, my Mum has insisted on doing it herself. My Dad always does more than he should and neither of them will listen. I really hope neither of them overdoes it and makes themself ill. 

All I did today was prepare lunch, wash up and help de-stem a sack of parsley which my Dad has now frozen ready for when he next makes a stuffed chine.

I am working every day this week. I will be very surprised if Ahmed, the boss, comes back at all to be honest. Changes are afoot at work!
