Monday: Bamboo-zled

If there is a hint of desperation about this blip, you'd be right.  I went to a farewell for my Austrian colleague, Georg, who is relocating to Madrid but I was spectacularly unsuccessful in getting any people shots.  So this is a picture of the bamboo in the garden - what I can say in its favour is that I really like bamboo and its oriental connotations.

Work is in the summer lull now - makes for long days.
