Tuesday: Flying The Flag

The town is festooned with flags today for Victory Day which is being celebrated tomorrow.  Not that you would know about the festooning by looking at this solitary little flag that I have taken.

It is 20 years since the war ended in Croatia so this year it is a big deal.  There was a big military parade this afternoon and the whole where I work was closed down from 1 pm onwards.  So we had no option but to close the office early today.  I'm afraid I wasn't inclined to watch the parade so can't offer you any photos from that.
