Less than a week to go...

The excitement/dread/fear is building... The Fringe officially starts on Friday but some venues are already up and running, including St. Andrew Square. IT appears to be sponsored by the Hard Rock Cafe this year, with a  large bar and beer garden part of which seems to be run by "Edinburgh Gin", the sun was out and quite a few people were taking advantage of the outdoor drinking area. I stopped by and got a pint of "Innis & Gunn Oak Aged IPA", it cost £4.95! I will not be going back for a casual drink, although I might visit the venue for a fringe show (there's a large "Speigeltent" as pictured in the background).
