Started the day at Pilates...where; I picked up some Chinese mandarin limes (Rangpurs or lemanderin) which, when I eventually got home turned into curd (gosh I hope auto correct leaves that word alone)
Never seen them before. Never heard of them. But good lord they are fabulous. And so is the curd. There are now 9 jars of curd in varying flavours in the bottom of my fridge. Would happily share with my blip friends...if only you lived closer ;)

Off now to start on my goat curry for tomorrow night & I've a photobook to get cracking on.
