It was my turn to cook for the weekly gathering. I introduced the club to goat. They were optimistic & curious enough to want to try it (a helpful first step). It helped that the curry it was swimming in was also rather tasty.
Also tried my hand at making naan. A little dry & a little crunchier than I was hoping - but we managed to devour it.

And the finale....lemon meringue pie. Well, not so much lemon as it was rangpur curd. And one should chill the pie before serving.
