Morecambe Bay

A meeting in Lancaster and I took the train from Grange.  It was particularly old rolling stock and I wasn't sure we would get there.  

The train had been delayed and one of the passengers was concerned that she wouldn't make her connection to Manchester.  She asked the guard on the train but he couldn't reassure her.  Their conversation became more and more complicated (various Carnforth scenarios became involved at this point) and I am not sure it was resolved by the time we got there.  I hope she made her train though.
