There's The Rub

Spent the day with Mum today. We went to Dunnes to do a little shopping and then to George's for the now traditional lunch. And very good it was too.

Home afterwards to walk the puppy and have a dip in the sea and then a lovely massage to gently rub all my cares away.

What cares?

Ah well, never mind. I'll have the massage anyway!
