A Cute Angle

Today has gone by in a flash. Mainly because I have been learning how to repair a watch.

It looks quite simple on Youtube, but the biggest screw is about 1 mm across and one wrong squeeze of the tweezers and the most intricate little part pings off across the room to be lost forever.

I may have got the hang of it now. The date wheel took some reattaching and now the hands are proving a little stubborn, but I shall press on in the morning and see if I succeed.

The good thing is, it made a fasting day whizz by without a single thought of food.

Well maybe just one.
