.....fifth one this morning............

Travelled South yesterday....ostensibly to celebrate the Boss' Dad's 10th wedding anniversary..............but it was a bit strange............he's in hospital after a fall and breaking his hip.

4 hour journey.......a visit to the hospital...........a small drinks party with the Boss' step mother and some of her friends and family.........a bit strange really...but Richard and Mary are wonderful hosts......and are looking after us really well.

Today .....a leisurely breakfast........and then a day of shuttling back and fore between the hospital and the residential home trying to sort out getting the F in L out of hospital and back to the home so life can get back to normal............he's physically well but a little confused, he needs to get back to where he was so he is stimulated..............an evening sitting in the garden with a roaring fire and beer and whisky.

The Chinooks are based nearby and are flying around almost all day.
