Treat

Today, the first Wednesday of the month, is team Wednesday - an opportunity as a team to go out for a meal (colleagues that have left are always welcome as well). This is a very informal arrangement, the team know where, when and what time the restaurant is booked for. This is a hit and miss situation, we have had as low as 2 people attend, but it averages at around 9 - tonight we were 4! (For a team of 30 (current team), this is sometimes disappointing - especially as the number that attends includes ex-colleagues as well.)
