Ladies day out

After an early visit to my mum, set off with a friend down towards Stockbridge for the day - a day in a lovely pub doing craft.

One of our lace friends (and owner to the mother of our two dogs) moved down to this area a few years ago. So since she moved, one Tuesday usually in August, we meet at The Mayfly pub for the day and catch up. The pub has the river Test running alongside, with trout in and a few ducks and occasional swans. It's a lovely location and the food is nice also. Great day doing my lace - my other friends stitched, beaded and one took her water colours/brushes.

Great day had by all.
