Another day in the office having discussions about conduct and behaviour; progress on the review of complaints handling procedures and how we encourage, where appropriate, supportive discussions and resolution rather than formal processes; and the roles and functions of Panel Practice Advisers and how we deliver timely and suitable training.

As a break at lunch I jumped on a tram to get into the centre of the city to get to an office on a personal matter.

The columns of the Scottish National Gallery have, as is common at this Festival time of the year, been decorated this time with letters.

From the side they look cryptic. From the front they spell "Stardust" announcing the David Bailey exhibition.
