Dis-aster!

Maybe not in the great scheme of things but as I sat in a meeting this morning, talking about our business plan, the almost constant ping of alerts from the BBC sports app suggested something extraordinary was taking place. I snuck out to check what was happening and could hardly believe my eyes.

I hope I don't alienate too many of my Aussie friends but a daily journal should sometimes be used to record what is happening on the day. I just feel it is a little frivolous compared to the 70th anniversary of the dropping of the first atomic bomb!

For us Brits just imagine the title being said with the intonation of a certain antipodean judge on a popular reality dancing show!
