A peaceful end to the week

Just dropped out of London for an evening to stay with a friend.  Not far, but a beautiful village called Ashwell where the pace of life slowed down almost the second I stepped off the train.   This is the local church dating from 14th century.  It was was just so refreshingly peaceful after the hubbub of a day in the depths of South London.  Happy Weekend fellow Blippers :-)  x
