Another awful day ..  mum has been slow, vacant, spitting, retching, not eating or drinking and generally difficult to be around.

I called the doctor who eventually arrived at 3.30 and prescribed an anti emetic - out of stock at Boots so we'll try it tomorrow ..

I almost hope this deterioration is the beginning of the end - but it could go on for years. I've spoken to my sister and have decided if it looks like this is how life is going to be then the time has come to look into full time residential care, while I still have some mental health to preserve.
