Birds

This evening all these seagulls started assembling in the garden and flying about without making any noise. It was rather eerie and I don't really know what made them do that.

Much more difficult to capture on camera so this was the best of a bad lot of blips that would only show one or two birds at the time.

As it happened on our way back home L came across her first dead little baby bird and she was really rather sad. I remember that we buried dead birds just behind our house when we were little and I wonder if there are still little baby bird skeletons? I must go and check next time I'm in the vicinity of my old house.
