Life begins at 40

I found this letter in my letterbox this morning.

"If you are at an age where you are thinking more about your health and happiness, we'd like to help you.

Life Begins at 40 is a new service from the NHS in Scotland that can help you think about different areas of your life and how they might affect your health and well being now and in the future. [...]"

I can't wait to register...not.

But will register just to see what kind of questions they ask. Why should I be worrying about my health more than a month ago? Weird one but anyway, I shall explore life begins at 40.

In other news it's been raining all day so far and shall continue. Relentless all of this and I'm cold, I've got a cold and I'm reasonably fed up. The kids are watching telly and drink hot chocolate, covered with blankets and fleeces. It's nearly the beginning of summer?!?
