Happy Sheltie

Biscuit is a happy boy. He has had a good day. I came home from work and took him (and the other boys) out for a great training session. Then we went for a walk - it has been a beautiful day and the dogs ran and ran and ran. Now we are home and the boys have been fed...

Ahhh weekend!

I had a challenging night. All the focus on sleep and anxiety yesterday seemed to provoke my limbic system and the amygdala... My brain was not happy and it let me know. It is ok though. I feel good about this therapy and I believe in it.
