One step closer

Six and a half years after being made redundant from Nortel Networks we (over 400 of us in the UK and Ireland) have a letter asking us to put in the claim to get what is owed, or at least a % of it!

We've been through an industrial tribunal, in 2012, and been fighting for what is quite rightly, and contractually, ours all of this time. Still don't know what the %age will be or when we will get it but after waiting this long at least there seems to be something happening.

It's all been very complicated involving the U.S., Canada (Nortel was a Canadian Telecomms Company), UK, EMEA and the rest of the world.
