Or in this case sparklers and Grandad holding Grace.

Grace wasn't sure what to make of the sparklers. Maybe she'll be more interested next year? Hubby, my Mam and Dad, Grace and myself had a lovely bonfire night feast for tea, with tomato soup, jacket potatoes and hot dogs with onions. Then we ate some of yesterday's toffee for pud.


Been watching the news quite a bit today - seems like our friends in the USA have made a great choice. I wish the President elect a very successful term in office. Seeing Jesse Jackson in tears at Obama's acceptance speech made me cry also! Good on John McCain for a very dignified concession speech too.
