The River Soar.

Sunday morning stroll in the new boots and I liked the way the reeds had been bashed down, I imagine, by the wind. Only took a 50mm lens with me and could've done with the 28mm but never mind, you get the idea.

I also took a quintessentially English picture of the canal boats going through the lock at Barrow upon Soar but as you'll see from my extra photo today something's not right. I hope this isn't a sign impending camera failure! Two images were like this, the jpegs and the raws. Hopefully just a 'blip', no pun intended, as pictures after were fine.
