Heavy Cloud No Rain

There's been a howling gale on Anglesey for about twenty four hours, and yesterday's glorious sun has given way to leaden grey skies for most of today, but luckily very little rain.
We did something we don't often do and packed everything away in the motorhome and went off exploring by road rather than by bike. ( Or beic in Welsh, which I rather like.)
This is a photo of the first beach we came to which is Porth Towyn-Mawr. Beautiful and deserted.
We've driven all around the island and visited many of my Mother's childhood haunts, from when she grew up in Bangor.
