Nice day for a White Wedding

Today I attended the wedding of Sylvia and Pete - 2 people I have got to know through running clubs.

Sylvia, would you believe, is 74 and can easily pass for 20 years younger.
Pete, her toyboy, is 64 and again can pass for someone a lot younger - and recently beat me on a 10k race despite the 20 year age gap.

If this is what running does for you - I'm glad I run :-)

The wedding was a lovely occasion despite the location - Canvey Island!!!
