Dough

I worked from home all day which was just as well considering the weather, which was execrable. Except that I had to go out, once to get my hair cut and then to pick up a hire car. Got wet.

A pizza for tea was long overdue; this was the dough post-kneading but pre-rising. I'm a bit out of practice, but the pizza turned out surprsingly well. I was intending to go and hear some music from my pal Wendy in a local pub this evening, but realised that I need an early night tonight since tomorrow will be a very long day (and quite a long distance). She would have made a much nicer blip, but I'm afraid the dough it is.
