hanging onto the heather

HareBrain and I went on another search for dragonflies - this time up by Pole Cottage.

Sadly the sun was struggling to shine and the wind was blowing a hooley. There were a few dragons (this black darter female) and damsels hanging onto the vegetation - when they weren't clinging on they were quickly whisked away !
