Guess what this is ?

Bloody manic day today. I had a meeting at 1pm which I had some work to do for in the morning. All good! Nope! First hour I had to relieve in a class then I had a visitor who I had to meet with them I had a call from someone seeking professional advice!
So much for having time to prep. The meeting went on from 1pm - 5.30 ish then I went straight into another 'meeting' with a member of staff. Got home 6.48pm- mental!
Beans on toast for tea, 29 mins on the treadmill and now I'm buggered.
