lines

today I picked up a pencil to draw in ernest for the first time in about twenty years. I've doodled and drawn pictures of things for Em, but haven't had the inclination to do anything remotely like 'fine art'. Too much art under duress at school well and truly put me off for a very long time. So I managed a passable sketch of some japanese anemones in the front garden. It's no masterpiece but it's a start.
