oh perfect day. Hours wading in the tantalisingly cool waters of Consiton as the sun beat down on us. Fish chasing, Damsel fly marvelling, woodland exploring, people watching, lakeside picnicking. Then tea and ice cream on the terrace at Brantwood. The view of the lake and Coniston Old Man was magnificent.
