Movie Panorama

This is a new technique for me, you take a movie of your chosen location, then in Lightroom save frames out of the movie, finally you merge the saved frames into a panorama in Photoshop.
This shot is far from perfect but proves the technique works, I have a particular shot of a moving ship I have been trying to get with only partial success - maybe this is the answer
