Church and chimneys
A few weeks ago, I acquired a fitbit- one of those little devices that counts the number of steps you take each day, and shows when you're active. Then a colleague from the office bought one too. And we realised, not surprisingly, that sitting at our desks for most of the day isn't at all good for our health and fitness. So we decided to walk during our lunch breaks. There are two options from the office - walk to the nearest shop and back, or do a couple of laps of the business park. The highlight of my day was two laps in warm sunshine with a (very distant) sea view!
The blip, taken on a late afternoon dog walk, shows St Mary's Church in Wooler.
One of THOSE days - just saying!
