Messi....

After a few beers last night and two late nights on the bounce, I was a little 'tired' this morning. Let's call it tired anyway.

After MrsT, L and her friend E who was on a sleepover left for Almondvale Country Park, I jumped on the bike to the burger van for breakfast.

I was working from the house today and it was a rare scorcher outside so after lunchtime I went for a 9km run in the sun.

On my return, I worked from the garden in the afternoon. Once the clan returned friends A & H came round and the kids played before and after dinner.

I played some football with L before headed down to the gym and the supermarket.

L is really developing her football skills.
