Forest Ranger walk at Ardmore

We joined a walk today where we coincidentally met up with a woman we had walked with on a wildflower event last year at Glengorm. It was a  shame more visitors hadn't taken advantage of it as we learned about two deserted communities and toured round the archaeology of the homesteads.
I always enjoy meeting local people and a 'retired' ranger joined us who was so knowledgeable and spoke with the lilting Highland accent which I like.
