Dr D went over to Edinburgh before lunch to enjoy the sunshine, the festival atmosphere and the shops.

I got on with my work.

I got the 15.59 to Edinburgh to meet up with her and have dinner. A very good feed at Calistoga - Californian food and wine.

The Blip is a train heading for Perth. I reckon it's from the 1980s. 30 years old at least. The trains I got were the same type.

Too cold in winter. Too hot in summer. Noisy. Dirty. Anyway, full of cheery people today either on the way to or back from a day/evening out.
