Faded beauty.

After really heavy rain overnight there was little to see in the way of finding a flower for this Friday.

Luckily I have been drying out a bloom that I kept from the bouquet of roses my daughter was given on a recent anniversary.

I'd put the rose on top of the shed and forgot all about it until I caught sight of it yesterday and brought it indoors to examine it more closely.

I hadn't really thought about blipping it until yesterday and it's provided a useful subject for this week's Flower Friday so kindly hosted by Bikerbear (Anni)


Internet connection is practically non existent at the moment
so I may be delayed in commenting ( am in a cafe now to get today's entry published)
