Baking Frenzy....

I finished work early today and it wasn't the sort of day to go for a wander. Torrential rain, warnings of rivers breaking their banks all over the city and then a whopping great sink hole has appeared under the Mancunian Way.

So I did a little baking. I like to do this sometimes. It got a bit out of hand. At the end there were Chocolate and Vanilla Pinwheel Biscuits, a Lemon Meringue Cake, a Lemon Drizzle Loaf Cake and some Strawberry Cupcakes.
