Cake Club...

It was Cake Club at the Post Box Cafe last night. We made fruit rich tea breads. Each little loaf had the fruit steeped in a different kind of tea and the one I worked on was steeped in Pimms. Each person made a different type in these little loaf shaped containers. Then we shared them out so we all had one of each to try. Here are the five I was given. The Pimms ones we took home unbaked and we have to do it and decorate it at home. So far I've had the mint tea one which was delicious. Moist and unctuous....
