St Peter and St Paul, Great Missenden
We had a Branch Ringing Practice here today, a big old set of bells in a huge tower, long ropes and they take a while to get used to!
I had a quick look on their website and found the weights and dates for the bells and they had converted the weights to metric, not often seen in towers! The 4th bell in this tower is about the same weight as the Tenor bell in my home tower at St Nicholas, Great Kimble. As you can see there was augmentation in 1990 with the 2 smaller bells being added.
