Blue tit

We had heavy rain this morning but the weather did improve. It is quite chilly this evening. .I  know it is still summer but the leaves are falling from our trees.
There were lots of young birds around today and I rather liked this scruffy little blue tit
.It  is obviously much warmer in London as my son in law (Goatee booknerd) has put on a photo of his daughter lying in a pool of cold water. Luckily my daughter had taken a change of clothes in her bag
