Fame at the Post Office ....

.... of sorts.

We met up with friends at Frodsham, which it was agreed was a convenient - if hardly central - place for those coming from Warrington, West Kirby and Tideswell. The Old Hall restaurant had good food and was far too comfy - we all had difficulty getting up to go.

The High Street emphasises its heritage, with lots of Blue plaques and Heritage Boards. We learnt that each of the properties lining the street has or had an acre plot of land behind. I must read up a bit on that. Maybe tomorrow.
