Bits and bobs

Had a lie in this morning and then went to the gym for another session with the sadistic personal trainer. Ouch I never realised that rolling over a piece of foam could be so painful, but at least the shoulder held out.

Next stop was a hair cut for J Birthday next weekend.

Came back an dropped the old Hoover off at the tip and then went to Tiso and Go Outdoors.

These two items are a Karabina and Belay plate I got at Tiso and Go Outdoors along with a new climbing harness. Already for next weeks climbing trips now.
