...........a little treat...........

The Boss had an appointment with a physio this morning.....9.00........so she was determined last night to have her medication exactly on time.

So.................
we waited up until 11.45 so she could take one lot

then we went to bed.....and set the alarms for 03.45 for the next dose

we woke up, she took the meds............we had a glass of milk......we set the clocks again and went back to sleep

I woke up at 6.15...couldn't get back ti sleep.....woke the Boss at 7.45....more meds.

Showers...breakfast.....physio

The Boss was in for an hour...she got a right pummel, prod and poke.......he wants to see her again on Thursday.......he's given her some gentle exercises.......he wants her to use heat on her back..........and book a spinal scan.

She's had a much better day...the pain has gone from her eyes..........she looks more relaxed........but it's going to be a long time before she's 100%

I've been running around a lot..........but I also got a nap when the Boss went for a lie down............no coaching..........not confident leaving her alone just yet.

The Jade anniversary present turned up!............and I bought this yesterday............50% off in the sale........I've been after a simpler smaller camera for a while......the Nikon is too big to take fishing, coaching, etc........this should do the trick.
