Hello Blackbird

This young one on my wall this morning. Do look at my extras of gorgeous Zinnia's. Dave- the-Garden called carrying a bunch for me. He brings in flowers from his small holding to sell in a local organic shop. I love them.
He's doing an estimate for me , so I can put in an application to get some money from this Housing Assoc to re-vitalise the shared courtyard garden,
It was planted 10 years ago & although we tenants collectively pay a so called 'gardener', who takes a chain saw to things & foliar feeds plants. The ground never gets fed & plants aren't renewed/replaced. Not my idea of gardening. I'm trying to get the manager on-side ( who's idea of gardens is concrete ), to get things enlivened.
