The Fly

My, what a hairy bum you have.

OK, so it's an emergency blip after the light had faded too far for any depth of focus.

Several visitors today including two to give us quotes for a patio.  OK, I say patio but you know the size of this place so yes 'piazza' might be nearer the mark. 

Most interesting visitor was Maggie, an Independent Celebrant, here to consider ideas about small-scale celebrations at the Dell House.  We're not planning to go the 'whole hog' and register the place for weddings per se, although visitors and guests often comment it would be appropriate; however, there are plenty of other life events to mark with a special celebration which would suit the house.

Throughout the conversation and walk around the house and garden we were pestered by a fly.  Probably several, just seemed like one persistent one.
