Sweet Tooth

A very rainy day so we mostly stayed in.  A good day for baking.  I rushed up a chocolate cake for afters while Amy produced magnificent home-made Marshmallow, no easy feat.  She's a very diligent follower of recipes.  This one involved gelatine, boiling sugar water and whisked egg whites, all of which she managed with aplomb.  But as they say "the proof of the pudding is in the eating" ..... :-)
