The hotel bar

We're on holiday!!!!!!! A child free holiday (thanks to my wonderful parents) for two days. And as it's raining at the beautiful place we are staying in Gloucestershire, we have hit the bar.

Had the laziest afternoon watching movies in our room, then dressed up for dinner, wine and many many cocktails. We propped up the hotel bar and Angus had long complicated discussions with the barman about bitters and vermouth. Like the old days!

Feeling the effects slightly this morning but with another day ahead of us of leisure, it's not a problem.

I do rather miss my little sleeping beauty though! Damn it.
