Frustration!

I must be so stupid!  I have spent this wet, thundery, grey day "learning" Lightroom via online videos. Fine - made notes - did practice pics.
Down to the river (as I do). Fabulous clouds, rainbow, birds. Take ALL pics in RAW only.  Zoom back home. Go through the list of processes. Done!
(This is the dumbo bit.................) How do I get the finished image off lightroom so I can blip??  I cant believe I'm saying this!  Aarrgghh.

So - here is one I prepared earlier :)
