Black Iris! better in BIG

I love iris flowers there simple and very beautiful> The word Iris means rainbow. Iris is the flower of the Greek goddess Iris who is the messenger of Love. In the language of flowers Iris symbolizes eloquence. Irises come in many colors such as blue and purple, white and yellow, pink and orange, brown and red, and even black! we have many types in our garden this is my favourite! I may blip another one in the next few days. We have a stunning purple one too, they just make you smile ;0) The garden is coming on leaps and bounds now it looks fab and im eating mixed leaf salad from it daily, oh and the coriander my oh my! I have never tasted anything like it. I have always liked coriander but this is in a league of its own. For those who dont grow your own do it start today! you will never go back to shop bought! there's no excuse these days if you dont have a garden get a window box and just grow herbs its a true delight. Im going to make myself a late lunch now of ham and cheese wrap with some crisps ww of course. Then its low fat spicy pizza tonight with a big mixed salad :) the rest of the house hold are having chicken Kiev and fries and salad no Sunday lunch today! I will miss my yorkshire pudding! have a fab day all.
